An Old Town Scottsdale Engagement Session by Scottsdale Wedding Photographers Ryan & Denise 

Christina & Steve admired each other from afar for about a year before either one had the courage to strike up a conversation. When a mutual friend finally made an introduction, the connection was instantaneous. For their very first date, Steve took her for ice cream at the Sugar Bowl in old town Scottsdale. They shared a sundae at the counter, took a walk and talked until their throats were sore. It didn’t take long for them to realize that their first date, would be the last first date either of them would ever need – they were perfect for each other. 9 years later on Christmas morning, he asked Christina to be his wife.

It was only appropriate that we kicked off their engagement session with an ice cream sundae at the Sugar Bowl!

We were a little afraid their session would get rained out since it was pouring when we left the house, but we never felt a drop once we got these guys in front of the camera! In spite of the humidity, heat and overcast skies, these two were adorable together.

So sweet!

Christina has the most contagious giggle! So much fun!
