It’s official! They’re a family of four! On March 1, our sweet friends Matt & Meghan welcomed baby number two to the “Smart-Collins Bunch”. Their sweet little girl Monroe was born at 7 lb, 2oz at 2:31am in the morning. And what a little cutie pie is she! Suddenly the house is filled with pinks and flowers to contrast all the blue and trains that already live there. Matt and Madden are adjusting of course, but I think that Meghan is secretly in girly-girl heaven. This family is so near and dear to our hearts so we were just thrilled to document this special time for them.

We arrived to find this in the front yard ;-) Too cute, and we love that they got a little creative with the E’s. That makes it SO them! This family is all about taking what you’ve got and making it into something amazing – AND being thankful the whole way. Just one of the MANY things we love about these guys.

From the looks of it, Madden is going to be a great big brother. Getting a photo of a 2 year old and a newborn was no easy feat, but luckily these two are both pretty darn cute :-)

Love both of these next two SO much! Monroe has these two wrapped around her little finger already :-)

This little girl is such a doll!

When we did Madden’s newborn session 2 years ago, we took a photo of him and his little blue giraffe Ollie. This time around it was Monroe’s turn to pose with her very own pink giraffe Olivia. Love this idea – matching photos for each of them!

Before Monroe had an official name, Meghan and Matt called her “Bubble Bee” so this cute little outfit was pretty perfect.
