An engagement session at The Farm at South Mountain by Phoenix Wedding Photographers Ryan & Denise

Patsy describes Rob as her “missing puzzle piece.” After hanging out with these two for their engagement session we can totally see why!  They compliment each other in every way.  They can be both sweet and silly together.  You can tell by the way they treat each other that they feel truly lucky to have found one another. We feel so lucky that they found us! We had so much fun spending the afternoon in Phoenix capturing all kinds of awesome photos of this pair!

Our session started out in downtown Phoenix.  It’s always a good sign when the very first image you take is crazy adorable like this one! These two were like a couple of teenagers in love the whole time!

Patsy showed up for their session with a brand new hair doo!  So brave!  Even Rob hadn’t seen it until the moment he got there.  As you can see, he was a pretty big fan of her new look. Who wouldn’t be? She’s absolutely adorable!

It always amazes me that no matter how many times we shoot in downtown Phoenix, we always stumble upon a new variety of great backdrops.

Ryan and I had a completely different take on this scene and I love both perspectives so much! That’s the beauty of being a team :-)

As you can tell, we were all having a pretty good time. Lots of smiles and laughs from this group!

Our next stop was The Farm at South Mountain, the setting for Patsy & Rob’s very first date!  We love it when we can incorporate parts of our couple’s history into their session.

Patsy, you are just gorgeous! We cannot wait to see you in your wedding gown!

We had Rob play a little trick on Patsy :-) So sneaky!  I think he looks pretty proud of himself.

Shortly after they met, Patsy enlisted Rob’s help to coach her for a semi-annual Ping Pong tournament with her work friends. After seeing this guy’s stellar Ping Pong prowess, I can totally see why these two fell in love ;-)  What more would a woman want, right? LOL!
