A Cutler Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center Wedding by Phoenix Wedding Photographers Ryan & Denise
Nina and Jose’s wedding was as fun and unique as they are! These two special people are a perfect match. They’re both improv performers at The Torch Theater so as you can imagine, their ceremony was filled to the brim with laughter. Nina is also a graphic designer and crafting queen so every inch of their wedding was filled with handmade loveliness. AND the whole event was live tweeted, blog and instagramed using their official wedding hashtag #LOLVE. Such a perfect mixture of love and laughter :-) It was so much fun to see it all come together and to capture so many special moments.

AND don’t forget to click “love” under your favorite images along the way!
Nina made her own dress and added the details to her shoes. And her mom did all of the custom embroidery on her veil.
This felt pretty appropriate for a couple of actors :-)
When we arrived, we found something a little unusual. Instead of ladies in hair and makeup, everyone was busy working on projects! It was kind of like hanging out in Santa’s workshop :-)
Check out these awesome custom Nike’s Jose was sporting! Of course they were designed by Nina herself!
Nina literally sewed herself into her gown! It was pretty amazing to witness. I don’t think there are many brides who would have a steady enough hand for that! Way to go girl!We found a secluded little courtyard that was just perfect for their first look.
So sweet together!
One of their fellow improvisers performed the ceremony. So many laughs!!! (And some very happy tears too.)
And once they were officially pronounced man and wife, they sealed it with a kiss . . . AND a high five! And then proceeded to high five their way down the isle! SO awesome!
Nina collects vintage umbrellas and found this gem to commemorate the big day.
Every table at the reception had a collection of sweet vintage details and unique mismatched china.
How cute is this little man? He was pretty much the life of the party.
The party moved inside to enjoy some time on the dance floor, starting with Nina and Jose’s first dance.
I have no doubt that Jose said something hilarious in Nina’s ear to get this great reaction. These two will be making each other laugh like this for the rest of their lives :-)
