The day Lauren & Drew signed the papers and became homeowners was a pretty big deal. It was a moment filled with excitement and the anticipation for the life ahead. The life they were starting . . . together. In the weeks that followed, they watched as their future home began it’s transformation. The construction crew broke ground, laid the foundation and built a frame. It was almost starting to look like a real house when they arrived to check on the progress that lovely December day. As Lauren stepped over the threshold, she noticed a collection of constructions markings all over the floor – circles, boxes and X’s marking the spot for what would become a sink, ceiling fan, fireplace and other various household items. “Hey Lauren,” Drew said as he grabbed her by the hand, “Come check out what they did in the bedroom.” They chatted about all the progress as they walked down the hallway and into the bedroom hand in hand. As she glanced down on the floor in their bedroom, her heart nearly stopped. There on the floor, where their future bed would one day lay, were the words “Will You Marry Me?” in red paint.

Last week, Lauren & Drew became husband and wife at the White Mountain Country Club in Pinetop, less than a mile away from Lauren’s family cabin. Not only was their wedding day beautiful, it was filled with so many laughs, happy tears and most of all, love. These two are the kind of people that you just want to be around. Their love and happiness is contagious. Pair this delightful couple with an AWESOME team of some of our favorite vendors and it was pretty much a dream wedding! We’re so excited for these two and truly honored that they chose us to document such a wonderful day.

In spite of the rustic, outdoorsy, forest setting for their big day, Lauren’s look was nothing short of elegant. We were absolutely in love with all of her gorgeous details.

And the floral design by our sweet friend, the ever so talented Sheryl of Simply Beautiful Weddings & Events – STUNNING! We loved the mix of flowers and textures she used to create all this blooming goodness.

These ladies were SO much fun to photograph!

Lauren was the most beautiful bride! And we can’t help but give a shout out to one of our favorite makeup artists, the talented Allison Pynn.

In a neighboring cabin, Drew and his guys were getting ready as well. Their adorable pup Bailey was on hand to make sure everything was in order and on time :-) Too cute!

The excitement was building as Lauren stepped into her gorgeous gown.

These two cuties were pretty darn excited to see each other for the first time!

I kinda love that Lauren can be such an elegant and classy bride and STILL take take a gulp straight out of the bottle of champagne! Love this girl!

As we waited for the ceremony to begin we had the chance to soak in all the gorgeous details! Talk about wedding eye candy :-)

There were definitely some tears from Drew as his lovely bride was escorted down the isle :-) So sweet!

SO many great laughs during the bridal party photos!

We hopped in the car and drove to Lauren’s family cabin so soak in some of the Pinetop beauty. LOVE so many of these!

The light was SO gorgeous!

Time to celebrate! First order of business – Lauren & Drew’s first dance as husband and wife surrounded by their guests!
