A Private Estate Wedding by Phoenix Wedding Photographers Ryan & Denise

Katie and Dylan’s wedding took place at a beautiful historic home in Phoenix that was built in 1911. Their lovely private estate wedding had the feel of a garden party, complete with delicious barbeque for their guests and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the wonderful spring weather.  Dylan is from Tennessee and Katie is from Kansas, so there was a definite sweet, southern vibe to their wedding that we just LOVED!  These two love spending time together with their families so it made perfect sense that their wedding would have such a homey, casual feel. They made it their top priority to ensure that everyone would be able to relax and enjoy spending time together.

I loved the beautiful colors and soft details that Katie chose. They were the perfect fit to the lovely, antique feel of their day.

Katie was so calm and happy as she and her girls prepared for the day.

I absolutely LOVED Katie’s dress! The detailing on the back was exquisite. That’s right future brides, it’s totally awesome to go with a gown that’s NOT strapless ;-)
