There are not enough words to say how much we loved capturing Gillian and Rudy’s gorgeous Val Vista Lakes wedding. First off, these two are just AWESOME humans. Every moment we’ve spent with them has felt like time with old friends – full of laughs, warmth and selfies! They are just the kind of people you want to be around. Second, their day was STUNNING. Their black and gold color palette was to die for – classic, beautiful and perfectly executed with a little help from the talented Flowers by Jodi. Rudy had his catering manager hat on during prep time, double checking everything and making sure the reception space look amazing and everything was in it’s place. But the moment he saw his gorgeous bride, every other thought was gone. Gillian wore a jaw dropping Enzoani gown from Uptown Bridal that seemed to have been created just for her. Seriously guys, these two could not have looked more amazing together. They were the picture of bridal elegance right off the cover of a magazine. The sweet moments they shared during their first look had all FOUR of us teary eyed. During cocktail hour, they stole some sweet quiet moments out on the lake while their guests looked on, enjoying the music of a four piece brass band. And then – it was time to DANCE! Gillian and Rudy were the life of the party and spent nearly the whole night showing off their moves with their family and friends. SO. MUCH. FUN!
OK! Enough gushing. What can I say? We just LOVE these guys! Here are some of our favorites from there wedding day.

P.S. Gillian & Rudy also get bonus points for the best hashtag; #FromCateringToCota was a little nod to their co-workers turned soul mates love story which you can read all about on their engagement session blog post. It’s the sweetest!
