Going to medical school isn’t easy. It means long hours, sleepless nights and a ton of work. And it doesn’t leave you much time for anything else, especially dating. Katie and Brian were both extremely focused on the task at hand – becoming doctors – when their paths happened to cross. In spite of that fact, there was no denying the fact that they had chemistry. And who else would “get” what it was like to live the life of a doctor-to-be more than another doctor-to-be? Med school may have been the biggest challenge of both their lives, but it also turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to this sweet couple. As this chapter comes to a close, they get to walk away not only with the career they’ve both worked so hard for, but with the love of their life as well. How amazing is that?

We loved every minute of our time with Katie and Brian! They’re headed to Florida at the end of June so we wanted to capture all the beauty that Arizona has to offer as the perfect ending to their time here in the desert. And Arizona clearly wanted to send them off in style. The weather was perfect and we had guest appearances from not just the Salt River wild horses, but also a super sweet couple who was riding in the area let us use their beautiful appaloosa mare for a few shots at the end of our session.
