Our blog has been full of cute babies these past couple months!  Mack was no exception :-) After seeing Elliott’s newborn session on Facebook, Shannon & Eddie contacted us to photograph their sweet little man.  At about 3 weeks old, he was a little more awake than most of our newborns, but it gave us an opportunity to get some great shots of those sweet baby eyes!  Shannon, Eddie and their four year old Miles were such a joy to work with.  What an adorable family!  We had a blast getting to know them and capturing the newest addition to their family.

Mack’s nursery had an awesome chalk wall that was a great inspiration for this little announcement image.

Eddie kept us all laughing the whole session!  He mentioned to us how tough it is with a newborn because his greatest weapon (his sense humor) doesn’t work on Mack.  Luckily, it worked wonders on the rest of us. LOL!

He was happiest when swaddled nice and tight. Like a little baby burrito :-)

Miles was such a doll too! He was doing a great job supervising while we were taking photos of his little bro.

There’s something so sweet about parents comforting their little one.  They actually told us that one of their favorite photos of Miles as a newborn was a shot of him crying so this one seemed extra special.

Miles and Eddie were so cute together.  They call this pose “best buds.”

Totally in love with this one.  Miles is such a sweet and attentive big brother.  I’m betting these two will be great friends.

We were extremely pleased to discover that Miles is a fellow Nikon man like us!

Since Miles was SO good during the photo session he got a brand new costume as a reward!  (He may or may not have been bribed by his parents. LOL!)  Miles LOVES costumes and it was so fun to watch him open it and show it off for all of us.  Go Captain America!

What a stud.  I know I feel better knowing he’s defending the universe ;-)
