Our dear friends Greg and Shannon are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their little boy and we were just thrilled to have the chance to spend the day with them up in Prescott for some maternity photos.  These two are wonderful old friends of ours!  We have been hanging out with Greg since we were all in high school together.  He was a groomsmen in our wedding WAY back in 2004.  When he met Shannon and they got married back in 2007, Ryan got to return the favor and we were lucky enough to gain an awesome new friend in Shannon too!  They are such a great couple and I can’t wait to see them become parents.  I have have always thought that Greg was absolutely made to be a dad :-)  I have vivid memories of him on high school church missions trips with kids crawling all over him!  We served along side him in children’s and high school ministry for many years and he’s always had such a heart for youth and kids.  He’s now the high school pastor at Sun Valley Community Church (Gilbert) so I’m sure there will be plenty of high school students volunteering to babysit for baby Suiter!  One of the many benefits of being a high school pastor – built in child care. LOL! Shannon is an awesome junior high teacher as well so this kiddo is pretty much set for life with this stellar combination of parenting goodness.  What a lucky kid.  We can’t wait to see what God has in store for our sweet friends in this new chapter of their lives!

We came across this sweet old bridge that was formerly part of the SantaFe railroad. Greg & Shannon geeked out about it’s historical significance and read all the plaques (aren’t they cute?), so we had to do some photos there too.

Love this cute candid Ryan grabbed of them keeping each other in stitches!  Their shared sense of humor is one of the great things about them . . . and just another reason why we love them too!
