On July 5, a very special little man was born! Our sweet nephew Daniel Thomas.  Born at 7:04am, 8lbs, 3 oz and 20.25 inches long, he’s adorable in every way.  (I like to think it’s as a result of his very good gene pool ;-)  My sister Cheri and her fiance Jason welcomed him into this world with open arms.  As far as being a mom goes, my sister is a total natural.  She was just born with that mothering instinct . . . so much in fact that I think I’ve had to lovingly remind her a few times over the years that she’s not actually MY mom. LOL! Love you sis! I’m so excited for this incredible new adventure in your life.  This little man will bring you blessings beyond what you can ever imagine and we’re so glad that we get to be along for the ride as his Aunt & Uncle!

A few hours after Danny was born, I stopped by the hospital to grab a couple of birthday photos!

Once the new little family was settled in at home, we stopped by to do his official newborn photos.
