I’m sure you all remember the adorable Stacy & Russell from their Sneak Peek a couple weeks back!  Well today, we get to share some more highlights from their engagement session!  We had a super fun afternoon hanging out with these two and their sweet puppies in downtown Tempe.  They chose this area for their photos to commemorate some special moments in their love story. What a great place for a first kiss and walking hand in hand for the first time!  Incorporating the dogs was a big deal to these guys as well.  In addition to having two of their own, they provide foster care for other dogs who are waiting to find homes so animals play a big role in their day to day lives.

We started out the session with some puppy lovin’ at Tempe Beach Park.

Chloe & Yuri were great smilers . . . although their smiles did tend to include a lot of pink tongue!

Chloe decided that all this shoe shot needed was a little white pup ;-)

Next we headed to the Mill Avenue district to take in some fun urban colors and textures.

I totally envisioned this as a black and white shot when I took it, but for some reason I just love the warm light coming in from behind them.

The sun was pretty much gone, but the gorgeous twilight sky and lights of the Mill Ave bridge were calling our name for one last shot.

Stacy & Russell: we had so much fun with you guys! Having a couple that’s so excited about their photos makes us feel absolutely awesome! Can’t wait to share many more memories with you guys in a couple short months! YAY!
