Our Fur-tography mini session event was a HUGE success! We can now safely say that three hours and fourteen puppies makes up a very exciting day! Each group had 15 minutes of time in front of our cameras with their furry companions at Sahuaro Ranch Park. You’d be amazed at how many fun shots you can get of people and their pets in such a short amount of time :-) There are SO many fun (and fuzzy) images we want to share from the event that we’re going to be breaking the preview into three blog posts throughout the day today! Matt & Jaclyn  with their pups, Loki & Kona were our very first group! Their English/Newfie mix Kona was our biggest pup of the day, weighing in at over a 100 lbs! LOVE that furry face!

And I was totally in love with Loki’s beautiful mismatched eyes. So dreamy!

Not only were these pups adorable, but the were pretty talented too! Check out that air!

It was so fun to see so many of our past brides & grooms in the mix! The first was Jesse & Nels with their pups Dierks & Sugar Rae.

Dierks was already a seasoned pro in front of the camera since he also modeled with his mom & dad for their engagement session in Flagstaff.

Working with pets is always an adventure! Love this before and after shot – Dierks decided he wanted to chase a bird more than he wanted to pose for pictures.

Their Rhodesian Ridgeback Sugar Rae is the newest addition to their little family. Such a good girl! I love how prim and proper she looked sitting next to her mom.

Ryan’s Dad Greg and his girlfriend Karen dropped by for some fun photos with their German Sheppard/Beagle mix Sassafrass.

Sassafrass recently graduated from obedience school and was eager to show off her good manners.

She was such a good girl posing for us, even though she was being starred down by a rooster trying to pull off the ultimate photo bomb …

More than one of our furry subjects was a bit distracted by this brave guy! He’s apparently not very shy around dogs.
