A Tempe engagement session by Phoenix Wedding Photographers Ryan & Denise

Bridget and Adrian met because of a shared love in a rather unlikely sport. They are both members of the fencing team at ASU! Who knew sword play could lead to discovering the love of your life? These two are so adorable together and are always making each other laugh. I think it’s pretty awesome that they have such an exciting way to resolve a disagreement. Who needs rock-paper-scissors when you can fence it out, right?

We started off the session at Bridget and Adrian’s apartment complex where the flowers were in full bloom.

Next stop, a cute coffee shop to share a cup of joe.

I love how playful and fun these two were with each other!

There were a whole lot of laughs at this place :-)

Time for a little fencing! As soon as they told us that’s how they met, we were already imagining all the fun ways we could incorporate their swords in their photos :-)

Who says fencing and snuggling can’t go together?

We thought it would be fun to have them do a little demonstration of how their typical match ends ;-) LOL!

Adrian had his chance to get back at Bridget for the fencing defeat :-) As you can imagine, we had a TON of fun with these two!

Can’t wait to get these two in front of our cameras again in 2014 for their wedding in California!
