“In love, we each believe that we are the lucky one.” That sums up Nikki and Josh’s relationship to a tee. You could never meet a sweeter pair that are so clearly meant for each other. As Nikki was getting her makeup done, she was talking to the girls about Josh, what a good man he is and how grateful she is to have his love. “I’m so glad I snatched him up before anyone else had the chance!”  How cute is that? We absolutely LOVED being a part of their day! It was pretty much a photographer’s dream. They had an all star cast of awesome vendors, led by the talented Meant2Be Events‘ Regina & Chelsea, a gorgeous venue with endless photo ops (FireSky Resort), stunning decor and a room full of wonderful family and friends to celebrate with them.  And of course, they fit the bill for our favorite kind of couple – crazy in love AND ridiculously good looking. LOL!  We loved every minute of their day and we’s so excited to share some of our favorite image with you guys!

All of Nikki’s details were classic and gorgeous.

The talented Sarah Sanmarco did an AH-MA-ZING job on her makeup.

Nikki was absolutely glowing with excitement as she prepared to see Josh for the first time :-)

Love this! Sarah wouldn’t let Nikki see herself until all her makeup was complete. I think the look on Nikki’s face pretty much says it all :-)

Josh was  across the resort, putting the final touches on his own look.

He took a few quiet moments to read a sweet card from his bride to be. (And yes, the card was my inspiration for the quote at the beginning of this post.)

So handsome!

Getting into the dress is always one of my favorite moments of the day :-)

How great is the expression on Chanel’s face? She was overcome by how stunning her sister looked in her wedding dress.

Nikki and Josh took a little convincing to decide on a First Look, but after seeing these shots, I have no doubt they’ll be glad they did!

So in love and SO sweet together! These two are truly a dream to photograph :-)

This photo just makes me happy inside :-) Love these two!

There are SO many cool backdrops at Firesky. I love how much variety we’re able to get when shooting there.

I’m totally obsessed with Chanel’s dress! Such beautiful sisters.

All the gorgeous flowers were created by another one of our fav vendors, Katie and her team at Lux Wedding Florist. Love the soft, loveliness of it all!

And the boys cleaned up pretty nice too :-)

Firesky has a perfect ceremony spot – beautiful and great light everywhere.

So many sweet moments!

Nikki was so worried she would “ugly cry.” Girl, I’m pretty sure that’s not even possible.

Woo-hoo!

We took the last few moments of light for a few more portraits of the newly minted Mr. & Mrs!

The reception decor was STUNNING! Absolutely flawless.

First dance as husband & wife :-)

And they ended with a crowd pleaser!  (Suggested by the ever so wise Regina.)

The flower girl kept the dance floor rockin’ all night, and the best man Cole was an excellent partner. SO MANY hilarious photos of these two!

Once everyone was fed and happily dancing the night away, we snuck the couple out for a few awesome night shots in our favorite part of the property. LOVE these!

Yeah. I think it’s safe to say these two belong on the cover of a magazine.

Oscar, from Valley Mix Entertainment kept the party people entertained all night long!
