“You complete me.” I know it sounds like a silly line from a movie, but sometimes this statement actually does capture a relationship pretty perfectly.  Just ask Jennifer. That’s what she told us she loved most about Mike. Once he came into her life, it felt like all the pieces just fell right into place.  He makes her happy, plain and simple.  As luck would have it, Mike’s a pretty big fan of hers too :-)  When they first met he was instantly struck by her outgoing personality.  She’s the kind of person that’s easy to talk to about anything.  She’s beautiful, fun and has an incredibly big heart.  There’s nothing better than capturing the love of a couple that truly admires one another, and we had the honor of doing just that as they became husband and wife at the beautiful Royal Palms Resort in Scottsdale..

If you want a stunning wedding location, a Royal Palms Resort wedding is the way to go. We found so many beautiful backdrops right outside the room Jennifer was getting ready.

You know you’re working with a talented makeup artist, when you arrive to find your bride bathed in gorgeous natural light :-)

Mike was literally a back porch away! It was so much fun to see one of our awesome past grooms, his brother (and best man) Bryan!

Jennifer & Mike had their heart set on a sunset/night ceremony, so we knew going into the day that all of the photos of them as a couple would be in the dark. We didn’t want them to miss out on the many photo ops a Royal Palms Resort wedding has to offer, so we orchestrated a  few “no peeking” photos before the ceremony.  Love how these turned out :-)

Jennifer was a stunning bride and her orchid bouquet by The Flower Studio was amazing!

Jennifer & her dad shared a few sweet moment together before he escorted her down the isle.

The two exchanged vows as the sun set in the evening skies.

Using our lighting set up for an entire bride & groom session was a fun challenge for us and we just loved how these shots turned out!

This little series cracks me up! We asked Jennifer to whisper something sexy in Mike’s ear.  Not sure what she said, but it was apparently pretty funny!

Mike is totally rockin’ the James Bond – tuxedo, bow tie, and a gorgeous girl fawning all over him.  What a stud :-)

Once all the formalities were done, this group hit the dance floor and the party didn’t stop thanks to the talents of Jimmy Davenport of Starz Entertainment!

You know the party is a good one, when drinks get spilled on the dance floor!
