Our very last session of 2010 took place this past Monday.  We got to spend a few hours with Renate & Carlos reliving some fun memories from their relationship.  When they asked if we could do some of their photos at their favorite Chick-fil-a, we knew that we were in for a very fun session!  Shooting in a fast food place was a real first for us AND it was so fun to shoot in the very place where Renate & Carlos first met :-)  They met while they were both working there.  According  to Renate, it wasn’t exactly love at first sight, in fact they didn’t like each other very much at first.  Eventually, annoyance turned into friendship . . . and somewhere along the way, friendship grew into love :-)  The rest is history.

(Please sign the guestbook if you’d like to be notifed when the rest of their photos are online.)
AND don’t forget to click “love” under your favorite images along the way!

How fun are the matching Chucks?  Love it!

After a few shots outside, we headed to the back room.  As soon as we walked in, both Ryan and Carlos saw this dolly on the back wall and thought it would be a good idea to push Renate on it!

We love it when our couples really have fun together during their session!

Who wouldn’t want to snuggle next to a cart full of buns?  LOL!

They came up with the idea for this fun drive-thru shot and I have to say, I totally love it!  One of my favs from the entire session :-)

1 drink + 2 Straws = Perfection :-)

Our next stop was a nearby park where Carlos asked Renate to be his girlfriend . . . and later, his wife.

A-dor-a-ble :-)

Love, love, LOVE these next two!

Workin’ it. Rawr.

Check out these gorgeous baby-blues . . .

We were just about to head out for some sunset views at South Mountain, but the slide was calling to their name!  LOL!  These both crack me up.

Unfortunately, we all got stuck behind a super slow truck on the way up the mountain so there wasn’t much light left when we got there.  It did make for a few killer silhouette shots though.

So, we decided to call it a night and agreed to meet back at the top the next day to grab a few sunset shots.  You just can’t beat the awesome views from that high up.  Just beautiful.

Tee-he!  These two have so much fun together :-)

In the wise words of Renate, “You can never had too much sass.”  LOL!

We had a little fun with our off camera flash to create some cool, moody looking shots.

One last shot of our awesome couple showing off the gorgeous view of the city lights.

Renate & Carlos – we had such a blast with you guys!  Thanks for sharing your story with us and we can’t wait to be a part of your big day in March!

Happy New Year everybody!  See you all again in 2011!
